In these terms and conditions of Website use:

1.2 : 'I' refers to Geoff Merrett, owner and creator of the Website.
1.3 : 'You' and 'Your' refer to the visitor, viewer or downloader of any pages from the Website.
1.4 : 'Content' refers to everything that makes up the Website, including but not limited to: text, pictures, graphics and design.
1.5 : 'Image' refers to any picture, photo or graphic that makes up part of the Website.

2 : Intellectual Property

2.1 : Unless expressed otherwise, all Content on the Website, is copyright Geoff Merrett
2.2 : Unless purchased, Images on the Website may be viewed, downloaded and saved for personal use only.
2.2.1 : Images may not be transfered to another computer, copied onto any removable storage medium or printed out in any way.
2.2.2 : You may not publish, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent or edit any Images either electronically or physically.
2.2.3 : For example, You may save an Image for personal use as a desktop wallpaper, but may not copy it to disc, email it, publish it on a website or print it out.
2.3 : Some Images may have watermarked text and/or logos on them. You may not make any attempt to remove any such watermark from an Image.
2.4 : If you purchase an Image, Your use of that Image shall not be subject to (2.2) but will instead be subject to the Licence Agreement which You agree to before purchase, shown here.
2.5 : Any rights not specifically granted under these terms are reserved.

3 : Liability

3.1 : Use of thie Website is at Your own risk.
3.2 : I will not be liable for and losses or damage of any kind which arise due to Your use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, business or any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Website.
3.3 : The Website is not warranted to be free from viruses, trojans or any other form of malicious programming.

4 : Miscellaneous

4.1 : These terms may be changed at any time and it is Your duty to review these terms regularly to ensure You are aware of any changes that have been made.
