Davide Recevies Silver Prize6th June 2013
Davide Zilli recevied the Silver Award for his poster presentation at the University's 2013 Postgraduate Research Showcase. The award was presented to him by the University's Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Mark Spearing.

His poster was on his research into the use of smartphones for biodiversity monitoring, in particular the hunt for the New Forest Cicada.

Today I gave the keynote speech at the International Workshop on Algorithms and Concepts for Networked Sensing Systems Powered by Energy Harvesters (EnHaNSS'12) workshop in Antwerp, Belgium. The workshop was organised as part of the Internationl Conference on Networked Sensing Systems (INSS 2012).
