Today Alex and Davide presented their research at the IET conference on Wireless Sensing Systems (WSS). Alex's presentation was recorded, and his slides and a video of the presentation can be watched on the IET website by clicking here.

Alex's paper was on the topic of "Adaptive Sampling in Context-Aware Systems: A Machine Learning Approach", and is a method he is researching to attempt to maximise the usefullness of images captured by the DejaView system, while minimising energy consumption.
Davide also presented his research on the "Design and Comparative Analysis of Single-path and Epidemic Approaches to Information and Energy Management in Wireless Sensor Networks".

Today sees the launch of a major website redesign. Visually, it might not look like much of a change, but a lot has changed under the bonnet. Two Papers Accepted for Publication in IEEE Transactions26th September 2011
We have recently had two papers related to our work on Energy Harvesting electronics accepted for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems. Both publications are a result of the EPSRC project on 'Holistic Energy Harvesting'.
